Lisa Murphy is the Founder and Recovery Manager of Arise Recovery LLC, bringing hands-on experience in recovery management and community-based behavioral health services. Sherrie Murphy serves as Program Director for Arise Recovery LLC, providing leadership and oversight to support the delivery of quality, person-centered services. She is committed to ensuring that individuals receive compassionate, respectful, and recovery-focused support while promoting accountability and consistency across program operations. Sherrie works closely with the Arise team to maintain high standards of service and help individuals achieve greater stability, independence, and quality of life.

ADMINISTRATOR

Kimberly Joseph serves as Administrator for Arise Recovery LLC, supporting the organization’s daily administrative operations, compliance, coordination, and organizational processes. With a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency, she helps ensure that the administrative foundation of Arise supports both the team and the individuals we serve. Kimberly is committed to creating organized systems that allow Arise Recovery to provide dependable and responsive services throughout the community.

RECOVERY MANAGER

Dekia Brinkley serves as a Recovery Manager with Arise Recovery LLC, providing individualized support and coordination to help participants work toward their personal recovery goals. She is dedicated to building trusting relationships, identifying individual strengths and needs, coordinating services and resources, and advocating for participant choice and independence. Dekia approaches recovery management with compassion, respect, and a commitment to helping each individual move toward greater stability and meaningful community living.
